Lead Teacher
The Lead Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing a safe, engaging, and
developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children while ensuring compliance with Department of Human
Services and Keystone STARS regulations. This role includes supervising children and staff, maintaining proper
child-to-staff ratios, coordinating daily activities, communicating regularly with parents, and keeping accurate records.
Qualified candidates will have a degree or CDA in early childhood or a related field, required clearances, and a strong
commitment to supporting children’s growth, learning, and well-being.

Assistant Teacher
The Assistant Teacher supports the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and
developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children while following Department of Human Services and

Development Director
MACAC is seeking a passionate and experienced Development Director to lead the organization’s fundraising and development
efforts. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with donors, foundations, and corporate
partners; securing philanthropic support; managing grants and fundraising events; and collaborating with the Executive
Director and Board to implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy. The ideal candidate brings strong communication

Director of Facilities & Maintenance
The Director of Facilities & Maintenance oversees all aspects of facility operations to
ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for MACAC’s programs and services. This role is responsible for
maintenance planning, budgeting, safety and compliance, capital projects, preventive maintenance, emergency response, and
supervision of facilities staff. Qualified candidates will have at least five years of facilities or maintenance leadership
experience, relevant certifications, required clearances, and the ability to manage complex projects while ensuring
compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
